She ended up yelling at the staff because they were so unresponsive I made her angry. And while I was complaining another woman arrived with the same lists of complaints.
There were at least four staff back there and not one even tried to apologize. But! The worst part was that I went to the 'Guest Services' desk and they didn't care. The ladies room by the large bar/lounge was flooding. I complained to the man sitting in the manager office in the VIP area. Clearly no one was check on this bathroom. There was toilet paper and paper towels everywhere. Once I opened the door the entire restroom was disgusting. Before opening the door I could see that there was toilet paper all over. I needed to use the bathroom and the closest one was in the VIP area.
I wanted to play the Walking Dead game but there was garbage all over (a spilt ash tray, cups, bottles, cans.) I finally asked the bartender to have someone come clean the area.
I saw a lot of waitresses and several 'cleaning staff' and yet none of them seemed to care. The were empty cups and beer bottles between the machines. The ash trays in the smoking sections were full.
